Form 1 Requirements & Our In-House Process
To complete your ATF Form 1 filing and required engraving efficiently, please bring the following to your appointment:
- A valid government-issued photo ID
- Your email address for your ATF eForms account
- Trust documents, if filing as a trust
Once your application is approved, you will also need to bring the firearm or lower receiver so the serialized part can be engraved to ATF specifications.
