5. Firearm Transfers
- All firearms are shipped only to Federal Firearms License (FFL) holders for transfer to the end customer.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that all transfers comply with federal, state, and local laws.
- Providing accurate FFL information is the responsibility of the customer.
6. Shipping and Handling
- Shipping times vary depending on product type and availability. Please allow 4 weeks for handcrafted or custom items.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
- Risk of loss passes to the customer or FFL dealer upon delivery to the carrier.
7. Returns and Refunds
- Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy, available on our website.
- Custom, personalized, or handcrafted items may not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged during shipping.
