This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are only available for products that are damaged, defective, or received incorrectly.
- Custom, personalized, or handcrafted items may not be eligible for refunds unless defective or damaged during shipping. This includes custom belts, holsters, Kydex items, and other made-to-order products.
- Firearms and accessories must be returned in original condition and packaging. Any signs of use, alteration, or damage caused after delivery may void the refund eligibility.
2. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, contact Iron Hill Armory within 7 days of receiving your item:

Please provide your order number, item details, and reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly.
- Firearms must be returned following federal and state regulations. Firearms cannot be shipped directly to Iron Hill Armory by the customer. Returns must go through a licensed FFL dealer for processing.
- For accessories and other non-firearm items, use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
4. Refund Processing
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake by Iron Hill Armory.
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges may be requested for defective items or incorrect shipments.
- Custom products are generally non-exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately.
- Include photos of the damage or defect and a detailed description.
- We will work with you to repair, replace, or refund the item as appropriate.
7. Final Sale Items
- Some items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Final sale items will be clearly indicated on the product page at the time of purchase.
8. Customer Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for ensuring items are used lawfully and according to manufacturer instructions.
- Improper use or modification of products may void eligibility for a refund or exchange.
