Shipping Policy

At Iron Hill Armory, we are committed to delivering your firearms, accessories, and custom products safely and securely. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, package, and ship orders, as well as the rules for firearms and state-specific restrictions.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
  • Handcrafted or custom items may require additional time. Please allow up to 4 weeks for production and preparation before shipment.
  • Customers will receive a confirmation email once the order has been processed, along with tracking information for shipped items.

2. Shipping Firearms

  • All firearms purchased from Iron Hill Armory must be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. We cannot ship firearms directly to the end customer.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate FFL information during checkout. Firearms will only be shipped to verified FFL dealers.
  • It is the responsibility of the FFL holder and the customer to comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding firearm transfers.
  • Certain firearms may be restricted in specific states or municipalities. Customers are responsible for ensuring the legality of their purchase.

3. Shipping Accessories and Non-Firearm Items

  • Accessories, custom belts, holsters, and other non-firearm items may be shipped directly to the customer’s address where permitted by law.
  • All shipments are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

4. Shipping Carriers

  • We use trusted shipping carriers to ensure timely and secure delivery.
  • Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has been shipped.
  • Shipping times may vary depending on location, product availability, and carrier schedules.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
  • For firearms, shipping costs to FFL dealers are included in the checkout unless specified otherwise.
  • Customers are responsible for any additional taxes, fees, or import duties that may apply in their state or locality.

6. Risk of Loss

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer or FFL dealer upon delivery to the carrier.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns or shipments of high-value items.

7. International Shipping

  • At this time, Iron Hill Armory does not ship firearms internationally.
  • Non-firearm items may be shipped internationally depending on legal restrictions and shipping carrier capabilities. Customers are responsible for complying with all import laws and paying applicable duties.

8. Shipping Delays

  • Occasionally, shipping may be delayed due to weather, carrier issues, or product availability.
  • We will communicate any known delays and provide updated tracking information when available.
