Iron Hill Armory offers a variety of firearms, accessories, custom leather products, Kydex items, and related services. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit products at any time without prior notice.
All products are sold for lawful purposes only and must comply with federal, state, and local laws. Customers are responsible for ensuring they meet all legal requirements for purchase, ownership, and use.
3. Orders and Payments
- Orders may be placed online, by phone, or in-person by appointment.
- Payment must be received in full before shipment or release of products.
- Prices are subject to change without notice, though confirmed orders will be honored at the stated price.
- Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards, approved electronic payments, and in-person payments as arranged.
4. Firearm Sales and Transfers
- All firearm sales are restricted to customers who meet legal eligibility requirements.
- Firearms will only be shipped to Federal Firearms License (FFL) holders for transfer to the end customer in compliance with federal and state laws.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate FFL information and ensuring compliance with their state laws.
- Certain firearms may be subject to additional state or local restrictions. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the legality of any purchase.
5. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping is handled through trusted carriers. Firearms are shipped only to FFL dealers, while other products may be shipped to your address as permitted by law.
- Shipping times may vary depending on product availability and manufacturing schedules. Please allow 4 weeks for custom or handcrafted items.
- Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns and Refunds
- Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, available on our website.
- Custom, personalized, or handcrafted items may not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged during shipping.
